Other than the fact that the F-Factor Diet downplays exercise, Gorin doesn’t see too many negatives with the overall plan. Nor does Cassetty, so long as you focus on wholesome sources of fiber over manufactured ones and keep in mind diet is only one part of losing weight (if that’s your goal). “What you eat is just one piece of the puzzle,” says Cassetty. “Weight loss also involves learning other skills, like应对压力和其他情感以健康的方式getting enough sleeplearning to stop eating when you’re somewhat full而不是塞满。”
