MyFitnessPal Health Nut Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 cup frozen (or fresh) Blueberries
- handful of fresh Baby Spinach
- 1 Tablespoon Natural Almond Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Dried Coconut
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 3-5 Ice Cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to get the consistency you like. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
