These savory shrimp rolls are just as good as lobster rolls and much easier on your wallet. When you start with cooked shrimp, they come together lightning-fast — a great reason to keep quick-thawing frozen cooked shrimp on hand. For a real New England feel, purchase split-top buns, which are traditionally toasted on their sides.
