    Wow! This blog is great. All my life I’ve tried to eat a clean diet…wheat, sugar, flour free…not very often successful, but I’m clean again and trying to stay there. So many great recipes here..even if I need to adjust them…so much great information! Also looking to reduce my meat intake…meatless meals ideas are pefect! Thank you myfitnesspal!!

        一样我想遵循纯素食,of us just don’t do well on plant protein alone. I could eat 2 pounds of tofu at lunch & still have a jacked up blood sugar in 2 hours. Just grateful I’m higher up on the food chain.

      Vegan doesn’t necessarily mean healthy. Sugar is vegan, so just like with everything else, you still have to watch your intake and get a reasonable amount of exercise. Sugar can lead to weight gain and over a prolonged period can also lead to type 2 diabetes. Vegan =/= Healthy.
